Obertauern hosted the legendary Krampus Party with a large parade of hundreds of Krampusses.

Ending with an award ceremony for the best Krampus costume on the Ö3 stage.

Highly anticipated by guests each and every year, the eerily beautiful Krampusses parade over the Obertauern pass. The perfect opportunity to get to know the traditional custom of the Austrian Krampus and Saint Nicholas. Afterwards the Ö3-Disco with some great DJs takes place. This is how we celebrate the new winter season well into the early hours!
