P.S.: Due to inflation, the prices for Winter 2023/24 may vary, we ask for understunding!
The prices apply per day and apartment for the specified period including MwSt (tax).
Excluding the local tax: € 2,45 per person / day (from the age of 15).
For the hotel rooms, in cases of a short stay (up to 2 nights), there will be an additional charge.
Arrival: Saturday from 4 pm
Departure: Saturday up to 10 am
Dog € 30,- per day without food
Both Hotels "Almschlössl & Schrotteralm" and the Restaurant "Almrausch"
are one resort and are interconnected with one another, the whole facility can be accessed from indoors.
Booking terms and conditions
Reservation:
With our reconfirmation of your booking, the reservation then becomes binding. A deposit of € 500,- per apartment/room (with no charges being incurred for the recipient) paid to Raiba Obertauern, SWIFT: RVSAAT2S049 and IBAN: AT09 3504 9000 0201 8281 or by credit card (Visa oder MasterCard) is required.
By cancellations, late arrivals or early departures, the full rent is to be paid and the deposit is forfeited!
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance - www.europaeische.at.
With our reconfirmation of a booking/ reservation this is then binding for both parties!
Cancellations are only valid when given in writing!
- More than 5 months before arrival date 0 %
- 1 to 5 months before arrival date 50%
- 0 to 30 days before arrival date 100%
- in case of late arrival or early departure 100%.
In the case of a deposit which has already been paid, it can only be credited for another stay in the same or following year, if agreed to by the landlord and depending upon availability.
